Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must initiate the process within 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • Condition of Item: Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that have signs of use or are damaged will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Return Shipping

  • Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping on items returned due to an error on our part or if the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Customer’s Remorse: If you are returning an item due to buyer’s remorse (change of mind), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Label: We will provide you with a shipping label for returning your item. Please follow the instructions provided to ensure a smooth return process.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the books and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment immediately. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (normally within 5 business days), depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item, the replacement item will be sent to you free of charge once we receive the original item. Please note that exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on any returns or exchanges.
